The anchoring of embedded part

埋件的锚固有两种方式，一种是用缩短螺栓锚固埋件，这样涨壳式锚杆的锚固力受到主不雅条件的解放较大，临时披露在空气中，抵抗侵蚀的能耐也较差。纵然在相同混凝土上接管相同的缩短螺栓，锚固力也有很大的变换，这主若是由工人的施工操作原因造成的质质变换。另一种锚固埋件的方式便是接管化学螺栓锚固埋件，用饱以及树脂将锚杆以及混凝土坚贞粘接在一起，同时树脂也起到呵护锚杆不受侵蚀的浸染。

There are two ways for the anchoring of embedded parts: one is using expansion bolt, but the anchoring force of expansion shell bolt will suffer larger restrictions of objective conditions, and corrosion resistance will become worse as well when it exposed in the air. The anchorage force has a great change even if it is adopted the same expansion bolt in the same concrete , that is the quality change mainly caused by worker’s operation. Another is using embedded parts with chemical anchor bolts，which use the saturated resin to firmly splice the anchor bolt and concrete together , meanwhile, resin can protect bolts from corrosion.

Types of Anchor adhesive

化学螺栓个别接管的锚固胶有两大规范，一种为等量搅浑型；另一种为快干剂型，即在锚固胶中加之未必比例催化剂使锚固胶可能在规定的光阴内达到预约的强度。

Anchor adhesive which is used to chemical anchor bolt has two type: one is balanced mix type, the another is flash dry type, it means that add the certain proportion of the catalyst to the anchor adhesive to make it can run up to the intensity within specified time.

清理下层，定位放线，在锚固点的需要位置将混凝土的外表清理平展，在艰深粘土烧结砖上施工化学螺栓，其强度将着落，可能使埋件的平展。

Base cleaning and positioning, cleaning and flattening the concrete surface at the required anchoring point, anchoring the chemical anchor bolt into the ordinary clay sintered brick will reduce its strength to flatten the steel panel.

钻孔的位置距混凝土的边缘5D(D为锚杆的直径)，如在非凡状态下，若需要将混凝土内的钢筋切断，必须经由无关结构工程师的应承方可施工。

The position of the drilling hole to the edge of the concrete is 5D (D it means for the diameter of the anchor), if in the special circumstances, the rebar in the concrete need to be cut after approval by the engineer.

钻孔要以及混凝土墙面垂直，使锚固栓以及埋铁垂直。

Drilling hole should be perpendicular to concrete wall as well as the anchor bolt and embedded steel plate.

化学锚固埋件对于在混凝土上的钻孔直径要求也是******严厉，钻孔的直径过小起不到锚固胶应该有的浸染。个别钻孔的直径要比锚杆的直径大4~5妹妹，深度为100妹妹，这样既可能使锚固胶与锚杆短缺打仗又可能节约锚固胶的用量。

Steel panel with chemical anchor bolt has very stringent requirements on the diameter of drilling hole which is in the concrete. If the diameter of the drilling hole is too small, anchor adhesive doesn’t work. Generally the diameter of the drilling hole should be 4-5妹妹 bigger than the anchor bolt, and the depth should be 100妹妹, this not only can help the anchor adhesive make full contact with the anchor bolt, but also can save the much adhesive.

对于钻孔的清理是一个******紧张的关键，孔内粉尘对于锚固胶的浸染将起到******紧张的浸染，可能接管低压气泵的方式清理孔内粉尘，也可能用毛刷加打气筒的方式，运用毛刷的直径要以及钻孔的直径概况相同，用毛刷在孔内往返推拉多少回将孔内粉尘清理进去后再用吹多少回，这样重复多少回将孔内的粉尘残缺清理清洁。不能运用水洗法来清理孔内粉尘，因为锚固胶以及水是不相溶的，混凝土的性子决定了在锚固胶的外表组成的介质，影响锚固胶的锚固力。

Cleaning drilling hole is very important, because the dust inside will seriously affect the adhesive. It can be cleaned by high pressure pump; also can by brush with pump, the diameter of the brush should be similar as the hole. Sweep off the dust by brush and blow by pump for few times until clean thoroughly. No water for cleaning because the adhesive and water are incompatible.

向孔内注入锚固胶要接管分次注入的方式，将锚固胶按要求的比例搅浑，使锚固胶凝聚光阴操作在30min内，这样能耐是有短缺的光阴将锚固胶注入孔内。有的锚固胶比照粘稠，在向孔内注入时简略产负气泡，这样就严正影响锚固胶的锚固品质。

Applying the anchor adhesive into the hole should adopt the method of separate application, and the anchor adhesive should be mixed as required proportion, so that the solidification time of the anchor adhesive could be controlled in 30min, so as to have sufficient time to apply the anchor adhesive into the hole . Some of the anchor adhesive is comparatively sticky, it’s easy to generate bubble while is applying into holes , which will seriously influence anchoring quality of anchor adhesive.

将锚杆逐步推入孔内，要防御锚固胶溢出造成浪费，但锚杆外露40妹妹时停止向孔内推锚杆，这时要将锚杆在孔内顺时针转运2~3周使锚固胶可能以及锚杆残缺打仗。

Push the anchor bolt into the hole slowly in order to prevent the adhesive overflowing, however , when anchor bolt appear 40妹妹, it should be stopped to push into the hole ,at this time, we need to swing clockwise for 2 ~3 turns so that the adhesive can contact with the anchor bolt entirely.

锚杆在锚固胶里手动3h后，少数锚固胶可能达到要求的强度，就能在锚杆上装置埋件了。

Anchor bolt should be static in the anchor adhesive after 3 hours , most of the anchor adhesive is able to reach the required intensity so that can be installed embedded parts on the anchor bolt.
